Relative distances, which do not change: Tlaquepaque is closest at about 8 km, then Tonala (~10 km) and Expo Guadalajara (~12 km), then centro historico (17 km) and Zapopan (~20 km). Chapala and Ajijic are much further at about 45 km and are the most expensive run by a distance.
Uber and DiDi
Rideshare apps generally undercut the airport taxi, though by how much depends entirely on the hour — both surge during rush hours and bad weather, which can close the gap completely. The app quotes you before you confirm; that quote is the only figure worth trusting.
