2. Services Description

Airport Transfer Portal is an online marketplace connecting travellers with local transfer service providers. We facilitate bookings but do not directly provide transportation services. All transfers are performed by independent, verified suppliers. We act as an intermediary and agent for the purposes of arranging ground transportation services between you and the relevant supplier.

3. Booking and Payment

When making a booking through our platform:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include all applicable fees
• You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details
• All payments are processed securely via our approved payment providers, including 3D Secure credit/debit card processing, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency payments
• Prices are quoted in the currency you select; exchange rate conversions are locked at the time of booking

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
• 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours of pickup
• No refund for no-shows or cancellations after the scheduled pickup time
• Flight delays are monitored; your driver will wait accordingly at no extra charge
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Specific suppliers may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly displayed at the time of booking. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under English law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate flight and contact information
• Be ready at the designated pickup location and time
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Comply with local laws and regulations at your destination
• Not transport illegal items or substances
• Ensure that the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle capacity booked

6. Liability and Limitations

Airport Transfer Portal acts as an intermediary between travellers and transfer providers. While we verify our suppliers and require them to maintain appropriate insurance and licensing:

• We are not liable for the direct actions of drivers or for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic delays, weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant booking
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law

7. Complaints

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform or seek recourse through the courts of England and Wales.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Funny Tourism Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

11. API and Platform Integration Services

Suppliers, affiliates, and agencies using Airport Transfer Portal API services are additionally subject to the API Terms, Usage Policy & Service Level Targets provided during API onboarding. These documents are provided separately and form part of the contractual agreement between the parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the API Terms, the API Terms shall prevail in respect of API-related matters.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
