The cheapest option: Navette shuttle bus and local buses
The T2 tram line to the airport has been suspended since June 2023 for construction work and was not running as of mid-2026 -- check Tisséo's site before you rely on it. In its place, the airport's own Navette shuttle bus runs from outside Hall B to the city center (Compans-Caffarelli, Jean Jaurès, Toulouse-Matabiau) in about 20-25 minutes for 9 EUR (Toulouse-Blagnac Airport's own transport page, accessed July 2026). Regular Tisséo city buses (lines 30 and 31) also connect from the airport for the standard network fare of 1.70-2 EUR, linking into the metro for onward travel -- slower, at around 45 minutes to the center, but cheaper.

Taxi pricing
Toulouse taxis from the airport are metered. We could not confirm an official flat rate to the city center from an authoritative source, so treat any figure you're quoted informally as an estimate -- ask the driver or check the tariff card in the vehicle before you set off.
Taxis queue outside arrivals. The wait is usually under 10 minutes, though Friday evenings and holiday periods can see longer lines.
Uber and Bolt
Both apps work at Toulouse Airport. Pricing is dynamic and set by the app at the time of your ride, so check the app for a current estimate rather than relying on a fixed figure. The pickup area is signposted outside the terminal.
