Child seats
We could not confirm an official rule on child seats in Brazilian taxis, and a taxi at the terminal may not carry one. If your child needs a seat, bring your own travel seat or request one when you book a transfer, giving the child's age and weight. A seat is only provided if it is confirmed in your booking. Check the current Brazilian requirements before you travel.

Vehicle size
A family with several large suitcases and a stroller may not fit in a standard taxi. For a larger group or more luggage, book a larger vehicle in advance and note the stroller and luggage at booking.
Taxi and bus
The operator's page lists taxi services at the ground floor of the passenger terminal from 10:00 to 02:30, and a bus service to the city bus station from in front of the airport from 05:00 to 22:00. With small children and luggage the bus may be less practical, and neither service is listed for the whole day.
Longer journeys
If you head to the northern coast, our route data shows journeys of roughly one to two hours (approximate). Plan snacks and water, and book a vehicle with enough space.
