Airgest states that the passenger terminal is closed every day from 00:30 to 04:30, and that this can change for operational reasons. That makes the plan for the road more important than usual.
If you land close to the closing time
Check your flight status with your airline and decide in advance how you will leave. Do not plan to wait inside the terminal during the closing window.

Taxis
The taxi rank is at the terminal exit, in front of the main doors. The airport page does not list night hours for taxis. Airgest publishes the tariff for journeys starting at the airport: initial charge 3.00 EUR, minimum fare 14.50 EUR, 1.50 EUR per km including the return, and waiting 20.00 EUR per hour. Fixed fares of 35.00 EUR apply from and to the airport for Trapani and for Marsala. For other destinations, agree how the fare is set, and the total, before you set off.
Coaches
Airgest lists scheduled coach connections with Trapani, Marsala, Palermo, Sciacca and Agrigento, with tickets sold at the airport ticket office. Timetables are set by the operators, so ask for the last departure that fits your landing time.
Pre-booked transfers
Give your flight number and address when you book, and check the booking confirmation for the meeting point and for how delays are handled. If meet-and-greet is included in your booking, the driver meets you as stated there.

Before you fly
Save your booking confirmation and your accommodation address where you can open them without a data connection, and tell your accommodation your flight number and expected arrival time.
The bottom line
At night, avoid plans that rely on a timetable you have not confirmed. A taxi with the fare agreed first, or a confirmed pre-booked transfer, is the calmer choice.
