The good news
Vilnius is a Bolt city. The app works 24/7 and there are enough drivers active even late at night. For most late arrivals, you'll request a Bolt, wait 3-8 minutes, and be at your hotel in 15 minutes. Total cost: €5-10.

Taxis — at the rank
Taxis wait for late flights. If there's a Ryanair or Wizzair arrival at 11:30 PM, cabs will be at the rank. After midnight with no flights, the rank empties. Night meter rate is about 20% higher than daytime.
Pre-booked transfer — guaranteed
A transfer (€15-25 to center) guarantees your driver is there. The driver monitors your flight. Useful if you're arriving at an odd hour or want zero uncertainty.
Train — not running
The last train departs around 9-10 PM. Not an option for late arrivals.
Bus — very limited
Night buses exist in Vilnius but service to the airport is minimal after 11 PM. Don't count on it.
