The roads narrow, wind through hills, and have occasional potholes that are hard to spot in the dark.

The Airport After Dark
TAB is not a 24-hour facility with lounges and restaurants. Once the last flights are processed, the terminal empties. There is limited seating and no food service. If you are stranded waiting for delayed transport, there is not much to do.

If your flight arrives after 7 PM, pre-book your transfer. The cost difference compared to a taxi is small, and the certainty is valuable on an island where transport options are limited.
