Jaipur International Airport is 13 km southeast of the old city (Pink City). All transport is road-based — there is no metro or rail link.

What affects the price
Traffic is the main variable. Jaipur's roads congest heavily during morning (9-11 AM) and evening (5-8 PM) rush hours. The drive that takes 20 minutes at night can take 40+ minutes during rush hour. Uber and Ola prices increase with demand.
Festival surges are significant. During Diwali, Holi, Jaipur Literature Festival (January), and Pushkar Camel Fair season, Uber/Ola surge pricing can double or triple the base fare. Pre-paid taxi and private transfer prices remain more stable.
Toll charges: The NH48 highway has a small toll that may or may not be included in your fare. For Uber/Ola it is included. For pre-paid taxis, ask at the counter.
Cheapest option
An Ola Mini or Uber Go during off-peak hours costs as little as INR 250-300 (EUR 3) to areas near the airport like Mansarovar or Malviya Nagar. For the Pink City, the floor is about INR 350 (EUR 4).
An auto-rickshaw is even cheaper at INR 200-350 but is only practical if you are traveling very light.
Best value option
Uber or Ola during non-surge hours offers the best balance of price, comfort, and convenience. If you are arriving during a festival or late at night, a pre-booked transfer at EUR 15-25 guarantees a fixed price with no surprises.
