Getting to your accommodation with children
Taxi: follow the official taxi stands at the terminals or ask the staff. The airport states a starting fare of AED 25, and the rest follows the metre; the airport page sends you to the official taxi operator's website for the rates and gives no figures. We found no official statement on child seats in taxis.
Airport buses: line F55 goes to EXPO Metro Station and line N55 to the Ibn Battuta stations, each every 30 minutes. The airport page publishes no fares or first and last departures. With a stroller and bags, think about how you will manage a bus and a change at a station.

Child seats
No official statement on child seat rules or availability in taxis was found. If you need a seat, request it when you book a transfer and give the child's age and weight, then confirm it in your booking confirmation. Do not assume a taxi will have one.

Carry water, snacks and any medicine in your hand luggage. Keep passports and your accommodation address within reach. If one adult can stay with the bags while the other finds the driver, arrivals go more smoothly.
