Travelling with children makes the end of a long journey harder. At NBJ the operator's new portal publishes nothing on family services, so this page is brief and honest about it.
At the airport
The portal lists flight information, a terminal map, check-in, security, baggage, lounge, parking and restaurant sections. We found no page on baby-changing rooms, family queues, trolleys or porters, so we describe none. Ask your airline, or the operator, if you need assistance, and allow extra time.

Getting to your accommodation
No ground transport information was published on 27 Oct 2026, so we cannot describe an official bus, shuttle or taxi rank for families. As general advice, ask your accommodation whether they can arrange a vehicle and what it costs, and agree the fare before you set off.
Child seats
No official statement on child seats was found. If you need one, request it at booking, give the child's age and weight, and confirm it in your booking confirmation. Do not assume a vehicle will have one.
Luggage and strollers
Tell your provider how many passengers and bags you have, so the vehicle is large enough. The route database estimates about 37 km and 77 minutes to Luanda City Center, so keep water and snacks in your hand luggage. Use the quote tool on this page for a pre-arranged transfer.
The bottom line
With young children, a ride that is confirmed before you fly is usually the calmer choice, and it is the one thing you can settle in advance.
