Taxis use meters at Ordu-Giresun Airport, on a tariff set by Ordu's transport authority. We are not printing a fare here because the authority does not publish the tariff where a traveller can check it, and an out-of-date number would be worse than none — what you can rely on is that Giresun costs more than Ordu, since it is about 10 km further, and that the price depends on exactly where in the city you are going. Some drivers may quote a flat fare for the trip — this is common practice at smaller Turkish airports and is usually fair, but you can insist on the meter if you prefer. Fewer taxis are available after the last flight.
