If you reach a driver and they are free, expect a wait of 15–30 minutes depending on where they are on the island. The ride itself to Kärdla town is short and cheap — it is 5 km. But you may call two or three numbers before finding someone available.

Estonian taxi fares are not set by any authority — each operator sets its own and must display its price list on the vehicle.
