What affects the price
Group size matters most for the shuttle bus, because it charges per person. At 10 EUR each, two adults pay 20 EUR and a family of four pays 40 EUR, though children under 6 ride free. For groups, compare against one taxi or transfer to your door.
Destination is the primary cost driver for everything else.
Vehicle size affects transfer pricing - a larger vehicle for a bigger group prices above a standard car.
Value by situation
Solo traveler to the Old Town: the shuttle, 10 EUR. Couple to the Old Town: the shuttle, 20 EUR for the two of you. Family of four: 40 EUR on the shuttle (less if children are under 6); compare with one taxi tariff or transfer quote to your door. Cross-border to Montenegro: a pre-booked transfer is the practical option for a planned journey.
