A late landing needs a plan, because the operator's pages say little about night services.
What the operator publishes
The operator's website lists shuttle service options on one page, with five or six local shuttle providers and their contact details. One of those providers lists a 24/7 phone line. That is the only night-related detail we found.

What is not published
Night services are not published. We found no timetable for ground transport, no public transport information and no taxi list or tariff. A 24/7 phone line means you can ring someone at any hour. It does not mean a vehicle is waiting for your flight. Do not assume one is.
Ask before you fly
If you want to use a local shuttle, contact the provider before you travel and confirm in writing the pick-up point, the price, and what happens if your flight is delayed. Tell your accommodation your expected arrival time and ask whether it arranges a pick-up and whether that applies to late arrivals.
How far you are going
Our route database estimates about 21 km and 35 minutes to Nelspruit City (Mbombela), 14 km and 28 minutes to White River and 49 km and 66 minutes to Hazyview. A night journey can differ from these estimates, and wildlife on rural roads is a reason to allow extra time.
Pre-booked transfers
A pre-booked transfer is arranged before you fly. Give your flight number and your accommodation address at booking, and check your booking confirmation for where to meet and how delays are handled. If meet-and-greet is included in your booking, the driver meets you as stated there. The live price to Nelspruit City (Mbombela) is from EUR 70. For other places, use the quote tool on this page.
The bottom line
After dark, choose the arrangement you confirmed in advance over one you hope will be available.
