Book a transfer or arrange a hotel pickup. This is not about luxury — it is about making sure you have a ride. Confirm the total price with the operator before you fly, and treat the peace of mind of a guaranteed car as the main reason to book ahead.

Have your driver's phone number saved before you fly. Mobile service at the airport can be spotty. If your driver is waiting in the car park rather than at the terminal exit, you will want to be able to call them.
