Innsbruck Airport is only 4 km from the city center, making the trip to town one of the cheapest airport transfers in Europe. Ski resort transfers, however, are a different story.

We have deliberately left the taxi column out. A metered run of 20-110 km over mountain roads depends on the current Tyrol tariff and on how long the drive takes, and we would only be guessing - agree a price with the driver before you set off. In practice, a private service is often comparable once you add waiting time, mountain driving, and the difficulty of finding an airport taxi willing to make the trip at all.
Group savings
For groups of 3-6 heading to a resort, splitting a private van transfer is almost always cheaper per person than individual buses or trains, and far more convenient with ski equipment. A van to Stubai at EUR 75 split four ways is under EUR 19 per person with door-to-door service.
