Taxi fares are metered over roughly 65 km with tolls added on top, so they are not something we can quote per destination honestly - the meter and the toll gates decide.
Hidden costs to watch for
Taxi tolls are the big one. The Incheon Bridge and expressway tolls are added to any taxi ride and are not included in the meter fare - you pay them on top, and over 65 km of expressway they are not trivial.
Seoul's late-night taxi surcharge is not a flat 20% after midnight, which is what most guides say. The city's tariff steps it: 20% from 22:00 to 23:00, 40% from 23:00 to 02:00, and 20% again from 02:00 to 04:00 (Seoul Metropolitan Government). A further 20% applies to journeys outside the city limits, and the surcharges can stack to a maximum of 60%.
The AREX ticket price is fixed and all-inclusive. Buses accept T-money cards, which give a small discount over cash. Private transfers include tolls in the quoted price.

The AREX is the best value for solo travelers heading to Seoul Station or anywhere on the subway network - and the All-Stop train at KRW 4,750 is the cheapest way into Seoul from ICN by a distance. For groups of 3-4 people, splitting a taxi or private transfer can work out to a similar per-person cost as the bus, with the added convenience of door-to-door service.
