When the shuttle makes sense
The shuttle operator serves Girne, Lefke/Guzelyurt, Lefkosa and Magusa/Iskele, with online tickets and a timetable in its app. It may suit solo travellers with light luggage whose accommodation is near a stop. Free luggage is 2 bags up to 30 kg each. The operator states a vehicle can leave early when full, so arrive in good time.

When a taxi is the right call
A taxi goes to your address, and the airport states a 24-hour service. No official fare table was found, so agree how the fare is worked out, and the total, before you get in.
When a pre-booked transfer makes sense
Groups: a larger vehicle can be arranged in advance for everyone together.
Resort areas: resorts such as Long Beach, Bogaz, Esentepe, Lapta and Alsancak are not among the areas the shuttle operator lists. A transfer goes to the door.
Children: request a child seat when you book and give the child's age and weight.
Late arrivals: the arrangement is confirmed before you fly. Check the booking confirmation for how delays are handled.
Price: it is confirmed when you book, so you know the amount before you travel.
Meeting your driver
If meet-and-greet is included in your booking, the driver meets you as stated in the booking confirmation. If not, the confirmation says where to meet.
The bottom line
For a city-centre bus stop and light luggage, check the shuttle. For anything else, a taxi or a pre-booked transfer saves you the last leg.
