Travelling with children is easier when the journey is settled before you land. This page is short, because the operator's pages we read say little about family services.
What is not published
The operator's site has a section called "Passengers with Children", but we did not read its content, so we do not describe it. We found no official statement on stroller help, luggage services or child seats in the pages we used, so we do not describe any. Do not assume a taxi or a bus has a child seat.

Child seats
If you need a child seat, request it when you book a private transfer, give the child's age and weight, and confirm it in your booking confirmation. If you plan to take a taxi, ask whether a suitable seat is available before you set off.
Public transport with bags and children
The metro station and the express train platform both lead to Terminal A by underground passage. Bus 911 takes 18-20 minutes from Salarievo metro, and the 272 stop "Park Alleya Slavy" is about 500 m from Terminal A. With strollers and several bags, consider whether a transfer between metro and bus suits you.
Terminal A and the viaduct
Stopping briefly in front of the terminal or on the viaduct is prohibited, with automatic cameras, fines and towing. So a private driver cannot simply wait at the door, and the meeting point is given in your booking confirmation. If meet-and-greet is included in your booking, follow the instructions there.
Late arrivals
The entrance to Terminal A from the underground passage is closed from 01:30 to 05:30. With tired children after a late landing, a transfer confirmed in advance is usually the calmer choice. The live price to Moscow City Center is from EUR 103. For other places, use the quote tool on this page.
