Asturias Airport has an unusual advantage: Aena publishes the official taxi tariff, so you can check a fare yourself.
The official taxi tariff
There is a taxi rank at the airport. The tariff is authorised by a decree of 13 July 2026 (Decree 50/2026), and it includes taxes. We read it on 2026-10-27 and cannot guarantee that it is current on your travel date.

- Day: EUR 0.71 per km or part of a km, a minimum fare of EUR 4.34, waiting time EUR 18.29 per hour, and EUR 0.11 more per km for more than 6 usable seats.
- Night and holiday: EUR 0.85 per km or part of a km, a minimum fare of EUR 5.21, waiting time EUR 21.96 per hour, and EUR 0.12 more per km for more than 6 usable seats.
The night rate applies on weekdays from 22:00 to 07:00, on Saturdays from 15:00, on 24 and 31 December from 15:00, on Sundays for the whole 24 hours, and on holidays.
The conditions
The service is for the whole vehicle. A journey that ends where it started counts as a closed circuit. The amounts are maximums that can be lowered by mutual agreement, but the minimum charges are mandatory. If you have a complaint, ask for the complaints book in the vehicle. The Aena page gives no distance to the city centre, so we cannot say what your total will be.
The airport bus
The airport bus connects the airport with Aviles, Gijon and Oviedo, with extra stops at Piedras Blancas and Salinas on the Aviles and Gijon services. It runs roughly every hour from about 06:00 to 00:00. Aena publishes no ticket price, so check the bus operator's website for the fare and exact times.
The pre-booked private transfer
The price is confirmed when you book, and the driver goes to the address you give. The live price to Oviedo city is from EUR 98. The live price to Gijon city is from EUR 82. For other places, use the quote tool on this page. If meet-and-greet is included in your booking, the driver meets you as stated in your booking confirmation.
How to choose
Choose the bus if: you land in the daytime or evening and your stop is on its route.
Choose a taxi if: you want the published tariff and a direct ride.
Choose a private transfer if: you want the price and the driver confirmed before you fly.
