Travelling with children is easier when the arrangement is settled before you land. Here is what the operator's pages say, and where they are silent.
Luggage help and strollers
We found no official statement on luggage help, strollers or child seats at the airport. With a stroller and several bags, tell your provider the group size and bag count when you book a private transfer, so that the vehicle is large enough.

Child seats
If you need a child seat, request it when you book a private transfer, give the child's age and weight, and confirm it in your booking confirmation. Do not assume a vehicle will have one.
Taxis and shuttles
The operator publishes no taxi, shuttle or bus information. Ask your accommodation whether it arranges a pick-up from the airport, and compare that with a pre-booked transfer.
Journey length
The operator publishes no distances. Our route database estimates about 115 km and 142 minutes to Graskop and 107 km and 127 minutes to Hazyview. Road, weather and wildlife can change these, so allow extra time before a check-in or a child's nap.
Late arrivals
Night services are not published, so with tired children do not plan on any transport being available after a late landing.
Practical points
Carry water, snacks and any medicine in your hand luggage, and keep passports and your accommodation address within reach. Mobile signal on rural roads can be weak, so keep your booking confirmation where you can open it without a connection.
The bottom line
With young children, a private transfer to your door is usually the calmer choice, especially after a late landing.
