Travelling with children is easier when the arrangement is settled before you land. Here is what the official sources say, and where they are silent.
Luggage help
The municipal site says the Standard Service has a driver and an assistant driver, and the assistant helps with suitcases. The Rahat Service is different: the luggage compartment is reached at the door, so passengers mostly load their own bags. With a stroller and several bags, keep that in mind.

The shuttle with children
The Standard Service runs according to the flights between the bus station (Otogar), Çınar and the airport. The site shows 300 TL, paid in cash or by POS. For an 11:15 flight on 27 Oct 2026 the shuttle left the bus station at 08:30, which is early for a family, so check the timetable for your date. TL fares are as read on 26 Oct 2026; check before you travel.
The Rahat Service
An 8+1 seat private minibus can take a family to an address. The site showed 600 TL within the city and 750 TL for the Pamukkale and Karahayıt areas, as read on 26 Oct 2026.
Child seats
We found no official statement on child seats in taxis or on the municipal services. If you need one, request it when you book a private transfer, give the child's age and weight, and confirm it in your booking confirmation. Do not assume a taxi will have one.
Taxis
The airport authority's page lists a local taxi contact and publishes no official tariff. Agree the price with the driver before you set off.
Practical points
Carry water, snacks and any medicine in your hand luggage, and keep passports and your accommodation address within reach. Tell your provider the group size and bag count at booking so that the vehicle is large enough.
The bottom line
With young children, a private transfer to your door is usually the calmer choice, especially after a late landing.
