This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

And the Buyer: The individual or entity placing a booking through the Airport Transfer Portal website (airporttransferportal.com). The applicable seller entity depends on the payment method and currency used.
2. Subject Matter
This Agreement governs the sale of airport ground transportation booking services provided through the Airport Transfer Portal online marketplace. The Seller operates a digital platform that connects the Buyer with local transfer service providers ("Suppliers"). The Seller acts as an intermediary — the actual transportation service is performed by the relevant Supplier.
3. Service Description
The services offered through the platform include:
- Airport-to-destination private and shared transfers
- Destination-to-airport private and shared transfers
- Point-to-point transfers between cities and locations
- Optional extras such as child seats, meet & greet, and additional luggage handling
Services are booked digitally. Upon successful payment, the Buyer receives an electronic booking confirmation via email containing the transfer details, driver information (when available), and a booking reference code.
4. Price and Payment
Pricing and payment terms:
- All prices are displayed in the Buyer's selected currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees
- The total price is confirmed before payment and includes the transfer fare and any optional extras selected
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via 3D Secure, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)
- Card payments for Turkish domestic transactions are processed by DYF Turizm Tic. Ltd. Sti. via iyzico payment gateway
- International card payments are processed by Funny Tourism Ltd via Halkbank 3D Secure
- Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the exchange rate at the time of booking
5. Delivery
The service provided is digital in nature. Upon successful payment, the Buyer receives an electronic booking confirmation via email immediately. There is no physical delivery of goods. The transfer service itself is performed at the date and time specified in the booking. The Buyer can manage their booking online at any time via the "Manage Booking" page using their booking reference.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable consumer protection laws (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the date of the contract without giving any reason.
However, the following exceptions apply to scheduled transportation services:
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to services relating to transport of goods or persons where the service is to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period (Article 15(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
- Where the Buyer has explicitly requested that the service commence before the withdrawal period has expired and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost once the service has been fully performed
Notwithstanding the above, the Seller offers a voluntary cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time; 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours of pickup; no refund for no-shows. See our Delivery & Return Terms for full details.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the cancellation request. For card payments, the refund will appear on the Buyer's statement within the processing timeframe of the card issuer. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are processed in the original cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of refund.
8. Obligations of the Buyer
- Provide accurate booking information including flight details, passenger names, and contact information
- Be present at the agreed pickup location at the agreed time
- Comply with the vehicle capacity and luggage limits specified in the booking
- Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
9. Obligations of the Seller
- Provide accurate and transparent pricing information
- Coordinate the transfer service with the assigned Supplier
- Monitor flights for delays and adjust pickup times accordingly
- Provide customer support for booking-related inquiries
- Process refunds in accordance with the cancellation policy
- Protect the Buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement:
- The Buyer should first contact the Seller at support@airporttransferportal.com
- The Seller aims to resolve complaints within 14 days
- For international transactions: disputes are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
- For Turkish domestic transactions: disputes may be referred to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Board (Tuketici Hakem Heyeti) for claims within the applicable monetary thresholds, or to the Consumer Courts of the Republic of Turkey
- EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr
11. Applicable Law
For international transactions, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. For transactions processed through DYF Turizm Tic. Ltd. Sti. (Turkish domestic payments), the applicable provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts shall apply. Nothing in this Agreement affects the Buyer's statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
