1. Nature of Service
Airport Transfer Portal provides a digital booking platform for airport ground transportation services. Our service is entirely digital — there are no physical goods shipped or delivered. When you complete a booking, you are purchasing a reservation for a transfer service to be performed by one of our verified local Suppliers at the date and time you specify.
2. Booking Confirmation Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- Instant email confirmation — sent immediately to the email address provided during booking, containing your booking reference, transfer details, and pickup instructions
- SMS/WhatsApp notification — if a phone number is provided, you may receive a confirmation message with key details
- Online access — you can view and manage your booking at any time via the Manage Booking page using your booking reference
If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes of payment, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at support@airporttransferportal.com.
3. Transfer Service Execution
The actual ground transportation service is provided by an independent, verified Supplier. On the day of your transfer:
- Your driver will be at the agreed pickup location at the agreed time
- For airport pickups: we monitor your flight for delays and adjust the pickup time automatically at no extra charge
- Driver details (name, vehicle, phone number) are shared prior to pickup when available
- Real-time tracking may be available depending on the Supplier
4. No Physical Goods Return
Since our service is entirely digital and involves the arrangement of transportation services, there are no physical goods to return. The concepts of "shipping" and "physical returns" do not apply to our service.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking under the following terms:
- Free cancellation: More than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time — full refund
- Late cancellation: Within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time — 50% of the booking total is charged
- No-show: If you are not at the pickup location and do not contact us — no refund
- After pickup time: No cancellation or refund is available after the scheduled pickup time has passed
To cancel a booking, use the Manage Booking page, email us at support@airporttransferportal.com, or call +44 20 4538 9927. Some Suppliers may offer more flexible cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
6. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:
- Card payments: Refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days. The refund may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.
- Bank transfer payments: Refunded to the original bank account within 5-10 business days.
- Cryptocurrency payments: Refunded in the original cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of the refund, within 5-10 business days.
- iyzico payments: Refunded through the iyzico payment system to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. Service Issues and Complaints
If there is a problem with your transfer service (e.g., driver did not arrive, significant delay, vehicle not as described), please contact us as soon as possible:
- During your transfer: call the emergency number provided in your booking confirmation
- After your transfer: email support@airporttransferportal.com within 48 hours
- We investigate all complaints and aim to respond within 24 hours
- Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund
8. Force Majeure
Neither the Seller nor the Supplier shall be held liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemic-related disruptions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
