Kahramanmaras Airport (KCM) is small, and what you can count on after dark depends on what was arranged before you left. This page sets out what is published, what is not, and a simple plan.
What the published timetable shows
The Metropolitan Municipality publishes an airport bus table in force from 29 March 2026. It lists times at two city stops, Necip Fazil Kultur Merkezi and the stop opposite Fatma Golcu Mosque, with each time marked by a flight destination (Ankara or Istanbul). The latest time on the table is 18:00 at the first stop and 18:05 at the second. The table does not show a run timed to a late arrival, and it does not state fares.

The state airport operator says the municipal bus runs in line with scheduled flight times. In plain terms: do not assume a bus will be there for an evening or night flight, and check with the municipality.
Taxis at night
The airport operator lists taxis among the ways to reach the city. We found no official statement about how many taxis wait late in the evening or at night, so we cannot promise availability. If you take a taxi, agree whether the fare is metered or fixed, and the total, before you set off. The city districts are close by road, roughly 5 km and 15 minutes to Onikisubat and Dulkadiroglu in our route estimates, so the ride itself is short.
Arranging the ride in advance
For a late landing, the most reliable step is to remove the question. A pre-booked transfer is a fixed price confirmed at booking, shown live on this page. Give your flight number when you book so the pickup can follow your actual arrival, and check the booking confirmation for the meeting point and how delays are handled. If meet-and-greet is included in your booking, the confirmation says where the driver meets you.
Before you leave the terminal
- Check the time on your phone and compare it with the bus table above.
- Have the address of your accommodation written down in Turkish if you can, so a driver can read it.
- Keep your booking confirmation or the transfer contact details somewhere you can open without data.
- If your plans change, tell whoever is meeting you before you leave the terminal.
Delays and early flights
A late flight can move you past the last time on the bus table. A ride you arranged yourself is less sensitive to the clock than a timetable built around other flights.
