Pricing & Commission
- You set your own prices. You define tariffs per route, vehicle type, and passenger count.
- We add a service margin on top of your rate for the end customer. Your rate stays the same.
- No subscription fees. No upfront costs. You only operate when bookings come in.
Payment Terms
- Completed transfers become invoiceable in your supplier dashboard.
- You submit an invoice for completed rides (per ride or batched).
- Default payout method: bank transfer to your account.
- Standard payout cycle: within 7 business days after we receive and approve your invoice.
- Other payout methods may be available for verified partners, subject to compliance checks and mutual agreement.
Service Requirements
- Licensed vehicles with valid insurance and transport permits.
- Professional, uniformed drivers with meet & greet service.
- Free waiting time: 60 min at airports, 15 min at other locations.
- Flight tracking is provided — adjust pickup if flights are delayed.
- Respond to new bookings within 4 hours.
How Bookings Work
- You receive bookings via email and your supplier dashboard.
- Assign a driver and vehicle for each ride.
- Track ride status from dispatched to completed.
- Customer details, flight info, and special requests are provided upfront.
Cancellation & Flexibility
- Customers can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of fare applies.
- No-shows: full fare is charged to the customer, you receive your payout.
- No exclusivity — you are free to work with other platforms.
No risk, no commitment: Registration is free. Your account will be reviewed and activated within 24 hours. Once active, you set up your routes, vehicles, and pricing — and start receiving bookings from international travelers.
