The metered taxi is the simplest option, and it is a short ride. Fares are set by the LTFRB — the national regulator — not by the driver, which is what makes the official rank honest. The LTFRB raised taxi fares in March 2026, so check the current rate at the counter. Grab can be slightly cheaper and quotes you in the app, but driver availability at Clark is inconsistent.

The P2P bus is excellent value but runs on a fixed schedule (roughly 6 AM to 8 PM). It stops at Trinoma Mall, Robinsons Ermita, PITX and NAIA Terminal 3 — not at individual hotels. Genesis sets its own fares and they differ by route; check genesistransportserviceinc.com for the fare from your stop.
Private transfers to Manila should be confirmed as toll-inclusive. SCTEX and TPLEX expressway tolls are a genuine addition to the cost if they are not in your quote.

Tips for saving money
For Manila, the P2P bus is the clear winner on price. For Angeles City, the metered taxi is a short ride and already cheap — there is little reason to optimise further.
If you are a group of 3–4, do the division for Manila: the bus is priced per person, a transfer per vehicle, and you should add the Manila taxi you will need from the bus stop to your hotel.
