Partner Terms Summary

This is a human-readable summary for transparency. It does not constitute legal advice. Partners should review the full legal agreement.

1. Eligibility & Approval

You must operate a legitimate travel, content, or technology business with a public-facing website. We review all applications and reserve the right to decline or revoke partnerships at our discretion. Approval for one integration tier does not automatically grant access to others.

2. Net Rate Pricing & Attribution

  • All prices provided to partners are non-commissionable net rates — our wholesale prices.
  • Partners set their own retail markup and charge their customers directly. You keep 100% of the markup as profit.
  • Attribution uses a 30-day last-click model. The last partner link clicked before booking receives credit.
  • Commission is earned on completed rides only — not at the time of booking. AirportTransferPortal is the merchant of record: we charge the traveler and handle refunds.
  • Self-referrals (booking through your own link for personal travel) are not eligible for partnership benefits.

3. Refunds, Cancellations & No-Shows

4. Commission Payouts

  • Commission statements are generated monthly. Earned commission for rides completed in a calendar month is paid with NET-15 payment terms from month-end (e.g., rides completed in March are paid by mid-April).
  • Minimum payout amount: €50 (or equivalent in your payout currency). Balances below the threshold roll over.
  • Payout methods: Bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT), PayPal, Wise.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate payout details. We are not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts.
  • Commission statements are generated automatically and available for download as PDF in your dashboard.

5. Prohibited Behaviour

Partners must not:

  • Use cookie stuffing, click injection, or forced clicks
  • Bid on our brand terms ("AirportTransferPortal", "airporttransferportal.com") in paid search
  • Misrepresent pricing, coverage, or service levels
  • Use incentivised traffic (e.g., "click here to unlock a reward") without disclosure
  • Scrape, cache, or republish our pricing data outside the approved integration
  • Redirect users through intermediary pages solely to set attribution cookies
  • Generate fake bookings or test transactions on production without approval

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and termination.

6. Data Privacy

  • We follow GDPR-aligned data handling practices and applicable data protection laws.
  • Partner access to customer data is limited to: booking reference, customer first name, pickup date, route, and booking status. Full customer details (email, phone, address) are not shared with partners.
  • Partners must not collect, store, or process customer personal data obtained through our platform beyond what is displayed in the partner dashboard.
  • Tier C (API) partners receive only operationally required fields (first name, pickup location, flight number) under a signed DPA. Full PII is not shared unless required for pickup coordination and explicitly covered by the DPA.
  • Cookie consent responsibility: Our attribution system sets a 30-day tracking cookie. Partners are responsible for ensuring cookie consent compliance on their own websites where applicable (e.g., EU ePrivacy Directive, UK PECR). We provide a cookie disclosure snippet on request.

7. Payment Security

  • All customer payments are processed through our payment provider with 3D Secure / SCA applied where required by regulation and issuer. We do not store card details.
  • Partners never handle, store, or transmit customer payment information.
  • Partners receive commission payouts — no customer payment data is involved.

8. Service Standards & Escalation

  • We aim to resolve partner support tickets within the SLA targets published in the dashboard.
  • For booking-related issues (delays, complaints, no-shows), our operations team manages customer communication directly.
  • Partners can escalate unresolved issues by emailing partners@airporttransferportal.com with the ticket reference.
  • For disputes regarding commission amounts or attribution, provide the booking reference and we will investigate within 5 business days.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days' written notice.
  • Upon termination, earned commission for completed rides will be paid out. Any overpayment will be refunded.
  • API credentials and widget access are revoked upon termination.
  • Bookings made before termination will be honoured through completion.

10. Modifications

  • We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email and dashboard notification.
  • Continued use of the partner program after the notice period constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
  • Material changes to net rate pricing or payment terms will be communicated individually.
